- While in-person training involves face-to-face interaction, my online training offers the flexibility to train where ever you are, with the same level of personalisation and commitment to your fitness goals.

What equipment do I need for your online training?
- This varies based on your personalised plan. Some clients have a home gym or a gym membership, some use basic home equipment like dumbbells and bands, while others might just need their body weight. I'll tailor your workouts to the equipment you have access to and I will make recommendations on what you need to get for best result.

How will we communicate?
- We'll stay connected through video calls, emails, and text messages, plus regular updates and guidance via a dedicated training app.

How are workouts delivered and tracked?
- You'll receive and log your workouts through a specialised app, where you can easily access your training plan, monitor your progress, and stay in constant touch with me.

Will I still receive personalised attention?
- Definitely! I'll be closely monitoring your progress and adjusting your plan as needed, just as I would in person. Regular virtual check-ins ensure that your program continues to align with your evolving fitness journey.

How can I ensure I'm doing exercises correctly?
- I provide clear video demonstrations of exercises and offer feedback on your technique through video submissions. You can also receive live feedback during our video call sessions.

What if I have limited space or no equipment?
- No problem! I create effective workout plans that cater to limited space and minimal or no equipment, focusing on innovative and dynamic bodyweight exercises.

Is the scheduling for training flexible?
- Absolutely. One of the biggest benefits of online training is its adaptability. You can complete your workouts at times that best fit your schedule.

Can I switch to in-person training later?
- If you’re local or if our schedules align, transitioning to in-person training is definitely an option we can explore.
