   "I first started working with Ceco just over 2 years ago. I have a tendency to work long hours, neglect exercise and good eating and generally let myself go. About 10 years ago I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes therefore being healthy for me is not a luxury.......it’s a necessity. 

   I knew I needed help but my experience with personal training had not been great until Ceco came into my life. Previous Trainers were only willing to train me in the robotic way they like to train instead of tailoring the approach based on their client. I found he really listened and was patient with me even on those days when I had no motivation or was distracted by work or other things going on in my life. Over the past two years he has slowly and steadily built up my strength and fitness. He also managed to balance pushing me past the limits I thought I had without making me feel overwhelmed. 

   The results speak for themselves, I have lost 16 kilograms and replaced fat with muscle. It’s amazing to be 53 years old and have abs and biceps for the first time in my life. Most importantly however my diabetes has improved from being at the point where I was about to become insulin dependant to now having reduced the dosage of my medication by two thirds. I’m not quite there yet, but the goal is to eliminate my reliance on medication altogether. 

   This is what Ceco and I are working toward. I consider us to be a team. And his commitment to my goal is as strong as mine. Thanks to his support and patience I am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been and I believe I can be even better."

   "I started training with Ceco at a time when I was overweight and I was having health problems. I recall my first day with Ceco where I had to push a weighted sled (it had no weight) up to 15 metres and back again. It looked easy enough but I had never experienced this kind of functional exercise. So I began pushing the sled and Ceco was there to guide me through the exercise. After the first round I was exhausted, by the third Ceco decided to stop the exercise so I can recover. It made me realise that if I was to achieve an overall improvement in health then I had to consider other forms of exercises beyond traditional cardio and strength based training.Training with Ceco has led to significant improvement in my cardiovascular health. I have Improved my balance, mobility and flexibility. Better understanding in theory and practice on performing exercises correctly i.e. No cheating. Improved understanding and benefits of High Intensity Functional Circuit Training e.g. TRX, kettlebell, weighted sled, ropes, box jump and sand bags."

   "I'm a 46 yo mum with two young kids and have been training with Ceco for 2 1/2 years.  I really enjoy my PT sessions with Ceco - he makes them interesting, challenging and always in line with my goals.  Since I have been training with him I have completed  my first City2Surf and 1/2 marathon.  Ceco keeps me focused and is always providing valuable information to me about nutrition, technique, and the benefits of each exercise. I'm the type of person that likes to know why I'm doing a particular exercise, am I doing it correctly, and what are some variations.  Ceco passes on all this information to me which I love.   I am also impressed with his commitment to his clients. In 2017 I travelled to Europe for a family holiday, I was planning to do the Paris to Versaille run however this was towards the end of the holiday and I was concerned about how I would keep up my training in the weeks leading up to the run. Ceco developed a program I could follow while I was away and even  lent me some of his travel gym stuff. I am pleased to say I finished the 16km Paris to Versaille run - my first run over 5km! As well as being an awesome trainer, Ceco is a really lovely guy.  He is always friendly, polite, helpful and reliable.  I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer."
